Winnie the Pooh

I plan on keeping this fairly short. It is getting fairly late.

Can you honestly tell me that you do not like Winnie the Pooh? Even if you're old. Well, anyway. I was watching it with my family the other day for the sake of my little sister, and a few things made me think of other stories. (I don't necessarily expect any of you reading this to agree or disagree with these musings and thoughts of mine. I often think of things in an odd manner.)

  1. Rabbit: He has the coat, the hat, and the personality to fit the description of the March Hare from Alice in Wonderland. I do believe that we could describe them as.... eccentric.
  2. Doctor Who: In particular when Tennant changed into the 11'th doctor, Smith.  At first he likes a whole bunch of food, then after tasting them, decides that he does not. (Until he finally decides upon likes fish fingers and custard. Ew.) Much like Tigger, right after he meets Pooh on that dark and stormy night. Tigger is set upon liking hunny, until he tries it. Then suddenly, "Tiggers do NOT like hunny!"
  3. And lastly, Beauty and the Beast: Only for the reason of the dancing hunny pots during Pooh's nightmare of heffalumps and woozles.

 I'm sure that I could come up with more after watching more, but that is all for this particular moment. However, I would like to ask... did anyone else ever think that Piglet was a girl?

"The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are wonderful things!
Their tops are made out of rubber;
Their bottoms are made out of springs!
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is
I'm the only one!"

Well said, Mister Tigger! And now I shall take my leave.

TTFN! Ta-ta for now!
